Order Policy

Orders placed for personalised labels and/or label based products generally have a turnaround time of 48 hours. Whilst we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, this time frame is not assured. Postage times are additional to this. Products of denser materials including MDF Board can take longer due to the process involved. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee on specific products.

Whilst all due care is taken to ensure your order is correct on our end, it is of the customer's responsibility to ensure that any notes for personalisation provided are checked for both spelling and grammar errors. Mock ups requiring confirmation will be supplied where applicable for personalised products. Any orders placed with errors may incur additional costs if changes are required.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped and a pick up arrangement can be organised. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery charges on checkout, thus you always receive a bulk shipping price for your total order.

Delivery times are not within our control and should any issues arise involving delivery of your order, we will endeavour to assist but in no way accept or claim liability for any orders after they have been collected for processing via Australia Post.

Average Australia Post delivery times for orders are:

  • Sydney Metro - Up to 2 Business Days
  • Sydney Country - Up to 5 Business Days
  • Interstate - Up to 6 Business Days

An email update will be sent to the address you provided at checkout once your parcel has been dispatched.
