Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Mini Murray & Me.

Mini Murray & Me does NOT refund for the following:

  • Personalised items where an error in personalisation occurred as a result of the customer providing incorrect information when ordering
  • Change of mind on items after an order has been placed and whether it has been shipped or not.
  • Transit damage

Mini Murray & Me WILL refund or replace for the following:

  • An error in personalisation of an item where the error occurred by Mini Murray & Me
  • Where an item is found to have a fault not caused by misuse or as a direct result of the user

Mini Murray & Me is not responsible nor liable for any items that are to be freighted once they are collected from our premises by our Courier partners. Mini Murray & Me is not responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of courier re-delivery fees (if applicable) if the item cannot be successfully delivered. We recommend adding leave instructions to the 'order notes' section during checkout.
